BOBBIE'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken pieces
2 c. chopped celery, cooked slightly
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can onion rings

Reserve onions. Mix rest of ingredients together. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Top with onion rings and bake 5-10 minutes or until browned.
