BOBBIE'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 or 5 chicken breasts
3 c. chopped celery
1-2 tsp. butter
2 c. mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Colby)
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Cook chicken in butter until tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool and remove bones. Cut up into small bite-size pieces. Add celery, mayonnaise, almonds; mix well.

Put in a baking casserole or oblong pan. Top with cheese and then sprinkle the crushed chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
