CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can tomato paste
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute celery, onions, bell pepper in melted butter. Add tomato paste, mushroom soup, and chopped, cooked chicken in about 1 pint of chicken broth. Add cooked spaghetti to mixture. Cook on low for about 20 minutes. Let set for better flavor. (Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of spaghetti.)
