1 pkg. hamburger mix for lasagne
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Prepare mix for lasagne as directed in skillet. Directions on package, except brown onion with the ground beef. After simmering, stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and heat over low heat about 3 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted.
