SWEET POTATO CAKE 
1 (18.5 oz.) yellow pudding cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter
