1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sprinkle of ground cloves
1/4 c. water

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. milk

Dump all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth, 4-5 minutes. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until top springs back when pressed lightly.

For frosting: Beat sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth. If too thick, add another tablespoon of milk and beat again.
