SWEET AND SOUR MINI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. green pepper, cut into pieces
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In medium bowl, mix ground beef, onion, water and salt. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch meatballs.

In 10 inch skillet over medium high heat in hot oil, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove to bowl.

Pour off all but 1 tbsp. drippings from pan. Over medium heat, cook green pepper until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Over medium heat, bring to boiling. Return meatballs to skillet. Heat thoroughly.
