GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 c. cooked red potatoes, then cubed
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
6 slices bacon, chopped up

Combine potatoes, onions, and parsley. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Add vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and pepper to drippings. Heat to a boil. Add flour to thicken. When slightly thick, add potato mixture and bacon to grease. Toss lightly to coat. Heat for 3 or 4 minutes or until warm. Serve warm.
