MILLIE'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 good size red potatoes, cooked, Peel and slice while hot
1/2 onion chopped
1 to 2 stalks celery chopped
1 lg. dill pickle
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. bacon
Vinegar

Fry bacon cut in small pieces, remove and add to potatoes. Add all other ingredients except vinegar. Leave about 3 to 4 tablespoons bacon grease in frying pan and add 1/2 cup vinegar, heat to boiling. Pour over potato mixture. If too dry, add more vinegar (or water, if you like less sour). Can be served hot or cold. Reheat in microwave or over hot water.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
