CRAB NEWBURG 
3/4 lb. imitation crab legs
4 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

In skillet melt butter. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Mix milk and flour. Pour in pan and add salt. Stir until thick. Add crab legs, which are cut in 1 inch slices. Simmer until heated through. Serve over rice.
