JAM CAKE 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter
2 c. jam
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
raisins if desired

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
