COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 finely chopped cucumbers, sprinkled lightly with salt
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pt. cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add chopped cucumber, onion, nuts, mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Mix refrigerate until firm.
