ELIZABETH ROLANDS' PINEAPPLE
CREAM CHEESE DESSERT
 
1 Jiffy cake mix (white)
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans

Bake cake mix at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Prepare pudding mix as directed. Add cream cheese to pudding. Spread pudding mixture over cake; let stand. Spread pineapple over this and top with Cool Whip and then nuts. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
