PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. fresh pepper
1 sm. sliced onion

Trim fat from chops. In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper. Brush both sides of chops with this mixture. In a 12 inch skillet, cook chops covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops; add sliced onion. Cook, covered 5 to 10 minutes more or until tender. Serves 4.
