PARTY TIME PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut pork chops
3 tbsp. oil
3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can Manwich
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Coat chops with flour and brown in Dutch oven, remove and saute mushrooms. Stir in remaining ingredients, return pork chops to pan and simmer, covered 1 hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
