POP-OVERS 
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 jumbo eggs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Generously grease popover cups. Pour milk into medium size mixing bowl, add flour and salt. With rotary beater or wire whisk beat until well blended. Do not over beat. Add eggs one at a time, beating in each until completely blended. Pour batter into popover cups - fill 3/4 full. Do not scrape bowl. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
