2 cup flour 2 cup sugar 1 - 2 lb. can crushed pineapple (including juice) - 2 1/2 cups 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped walnuts Mix in order and beat well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 40 minutes. Topping for Cake: 1 stick of butter at room temperature 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature Mix and beat well. Spread on cake. |
