CORN CASSEROLE 
3 cans corn (whole, drained)
3 eggs
10 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 stick or butter
3/4 c. grated rat cheese

Beat eggs and add to drained corn. Add softened butter and sifted together baking powder and flour. Add buttermilk and pepper and/or salt to taste. Blend well by hand and pour into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. (Turn down heat if it gets too brown for you).
