MEXICAN MEDLEY 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. onions, finely chopped
1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
7 or 8 wide noodles, uncooked
1 can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder

In heavy skillet, cook and stir sausage, onions and green peppers until meat is browned and onions are tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
