CHICKEN PILLOWS 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Chopped pimento
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. crescent rolls
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion (amt. opt.)
Melted butter

Combine chicken, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons melted butter, milk, lemon juice, onion, and pimento. Divide each package rolls into 4 pieces. Pat each piece into 6 inch squares. Place some of the chicken mixture on each square. Cover with another square, pressing corners together. Flute edges and decorate each pillow as desired like a miniature pie. Brush with melted butter and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6. (The squares could be served hot with a sauce made of 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup, diluted with half a can of milk.)
