PERFECT 7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 oz. frozen green peas
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
6-8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Fill 2 quart glass bowl 3/4 full of bite-size lettuce, add in order the following layers: onion, celery, peas, mayonnaise (seal mayonnaise to edges of the bowl). Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons sugar, cheese, bacon and eggs. DO NOT MIX until ready to serve. Make at least 12 hours before serving and keep refrigerated.
