WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. (18) Oreos, crushed
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp.vanilla
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 lb. white chocolate (10 oz. bag okay), melted on low heat

Combine Oreos and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Mix medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Blend in white chocolate. Pour over crust. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill.
