SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
4 lg. potatoes, cooked in their jackets
1/2 c. diced celery
2-3 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel potatoes while hot; chill well. Cut potatoes into 1/2" cubes; place in a large bowl. Add celery and green onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Chill 4 to 6 hours before serving. Perfect with barbecued meats.
