1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Put in large bowl.

2 c. sugar
10 lg. marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) can Carnation milk

Put in heavy saucepan. Cook after it starts bubbling around the edges, stir constantly for 6 minutes. Pour into bowl of ingredients. Stir until chips dissolve. Pour into buttered pan and cool.
