ONION CHEESE MUFFINS 
3 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions, crumbled
1 egg
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 1 minute. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Yields 1 to 1 1/2 dozen. Great with soup!
