CHICKEN AND OLIVES 
3 lb. fryer, cut into serving pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
3/4 c. beer
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives

Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot, stir well. Add chicken, stirring to coat well, make sure all chicken is coated. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
