OLIVE'S EASY CHICKEN 
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter

Put 1/2 stuffing mix together with 1/4 cup melted butter in bottom of casserole dish. Combine chicken with soup and sour cream; place in casserole over stuffing. Put remainder of stuffing on top and drizzle melted butter over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes.
