EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered on each side
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. half and half
1 c. cheddar cheese

In a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish, place the bread and sprinkle the sausage over. Beat eggs, salt and half and half and pour over bread. Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture. Let stand overnight, refrigerated. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
