SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered on both sides
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned and drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

In a lightly greased 8x10 inch dish, lay 3 slices of bread, top with sausage and half the cheese. Repeat. Mix milk, eggs and spices, pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
