SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained well
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. milk (I use non-fat)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard

Layer a 9 x 13 inch pan with bread crumbs. Mix eggs, mustard, milks, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Layer as follows (over crumbs) mushrooms, cheeses, then egg mixture. Sprinkle fried sausage over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (I added 2 tablespoons chopped green chili peppers).
