SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, crusts removed
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and crumbled
2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Freshly ground black pepper

In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer bread, sausage and cheese. Blend eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour mixture over layers in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
