1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Take fork and stab cake with holes all over. Pour hot frosting over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. When cool, cut and serve.
