16 oz. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Bake 2 layers of your favorite cake. When cool, split each layer into half crosswise using a piece of thread. Ice tops ONLY of cake layers. Keep in refrigerator.
