DEBBIE BAHORIC'S LOW-CAL
SUNSHINE SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream (or prepared Dream Whip)

Make Jello as usual but you use only 1/2 cup pineapple juice instead of the second cup water. Chill until almost firm. Fold in cheese, cherries, and pineapple. Mix. Fold in whipped cream, chill again.
