FROSTED SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. water
3 sliced bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple (drain juice)
8 chopped marshmallows (1 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 c. whipped cream
Grated yellow cheese

Dissolve lemon gelatin in water. Cool. Add pineapple, marshmallows, and bananas. Take pineapple juice, add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 well-beaten egg. Cook well and cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream and spread on gelatin salad which has set until firm. Add grated cheese over top.
