CARAMEL RING 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/3 c. water

Microwave butter, brown sugar and corn syrup uncovered in round microwavable dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches, on high (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave until bubbly, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir in nuts.

Mix baking mix and water. Drop dough by 7 spoonfuls around side of baking dish, forming a ring. Spoon some of the caramel mixture from center over each biscuit.

Cover loosely and microwave 1 1/2 minutes; rotate dish 1/4 turn. Microwave until no longer doughy, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Immediately invert on serving plate; leave dish over biscuits 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
