SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. butter
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 qt. headless shrimp, cleaned
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. dairy sour cream
Noodles or steamed rice

Melt butter in a frying pan and cook onions and shrimp until shrimp are pink. Add flour and stir to blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms, green onions and parsley; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and beat. Do not boil. Serve on rice or noodles. Serves 8.
