CHICKEN TETRAZINI | |
1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 cube butter 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed SAUCE: 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 2 tbsp. sherry 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Saute mushrooms and butter. Add chicken. Heat chicken through and set aside. SAUCE: Melt butter, add flour to make roux. Add liquids, cheese and seasonings. Add sauce to chicken mixture. Pour over 8 ounces of cooked spaghetti. Serve piping hot. |
