CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1 chicken, boiled & cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimento
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
8 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles

Mix soup and broth. Stir in pimento, 1 1/2 cups cheese, chicken and noodles. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This makes almost 3 quarts.
