MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped pecans
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
