Blend:

1 egg
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (softened)

Put into a 9x13 pan (mixture should still be like cake mix - not dough!)

Beat:

2 eggs
1 lg. cream cheese (softened)
1 box powdered sugar

Pour over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Don't overbake!! Cool and cut in squares.
