MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 c. Crisco oil 1 sm. can mandarin oranges and juice Mix altogether and beat 2 minutes. Bake in 3 pans at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. ICING: 1 lg. can pineapple, crushed 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding Fold in large Cool Whip and frost cake. Keep refrigerated. JELLO DELIGHT: 2 boxes orange Jello (3 oz.) 1 c. boiling water Dissolve good. Add: 1 pt. orange sherbet Mix well. Add: 1 c. Cool Whip Drain 2 cans mandarin oranges well Save 1/2 can of sections. Mash rest and fold into mixture. Garnish top with remaining oranges. |
