SUZIE'S FAMOUS YEAST ROLLS
Doesn't get any easier than this folks!

1 cup water
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. bread machine yeast, rapid rise yeast or active dry yeast

Add all ingredients to bread machine as listed and turn machine to "dough" setting.

Once bread machine is done, remove risen dough and divide into two halves (dough will deflate when removing - that's okay).

From there, further divide dough halves until amount of rolls you want are met (normally, size of a child's fist or larger if you wish).

Shape each piece into a ball and place on ungreased metal pan or stoneware then brush with melted butter.

Let rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Rolls will usually end up touching.

Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and brush again with melted butter. Then, get ready to become real popular :)
