SPANISH ONION CASSEROLE 
2 lg. Spanish onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
Swiss cheese
Buttered bread crumbs

Slice and saute until tender with pepper in 2 tablespoons butter. Arrange in layers in casserole with soup and milk. Cover with Swiss cheese and 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
