CRAB LOUIS 
1 head lettuce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. lump crab meat
2 lg. tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Louis dressing
Paprika

Line a platter with lettuce leaves, spread softened cream cheese over lettuce. Place crab meat in chunks on top. Arrange tomato and egg slices over crab meat. Spread onion and pepper on top. Pour on Louis dressing to taste. Sprinkle paprika over all.
