CRAB LOUIS AND LOUIS DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 head lettuce
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tomatoes, quartered
3 hard boiled eggs, cut in eighths
1 cucumber, sliced

Combine first 4 ingredients; chill. Remove shell from crab meat. Shred lettuce; place in large, shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Arrange crab meat, tomatoes, eggs and cucumber over lettuce. Spread dressing over Crab Louis. Yield: 6 servings.
