REUBEN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 lb. corned beef
3 slices rye bread, cubed

Mix together sauerkraut, onion, caraway seed. Spread 1/2 in casserole dish. Layer 1 cup of cheese, all of the corned beef and 1/3 cup of the Thousand Island dressing. Add the rest of the sauerkraut mixture, the remainder of the cheese and the dressing. Top with bread cubes tossed with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees, 35 minutes.
