CRAB PUFFS 
1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 oz.
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all purpose flour
4 eggs

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Set aside. Combine water, butter, salt in medium saucepan - bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low - add flour and stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms smooth ball. Remove pan from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating with spoon after each addition; beat until smooth. Add crab mixture and stir well. Plop batter by heaping teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes. Serve warm.
