SQUAW CORN | |
4 slices bacon 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can (1 lb.) cream style corn (2 c.) 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 eggs, beaten Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet, drain off most of fat. Saute green pepper and onion in remaining fat for 5 minutes. Stir in corn, salt, pepper and eggs. Stir until eggs are set. Add bacon, broken into small pieces. 4-6 servings. |
