COMPANY RICE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 onion, sliced 3 stalks, celery, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 2 pkgs. dry chicken noodle soup mix 1 c. rice 1 can mushrooms 4 c. boiling water Brown sausages, pour off fat. Mix all ingredients in large casserole. Refrigerate overnight, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. Yield: 10 servings. |
